"Vince did an amazing job, from start to finish he was very clear and transparent. Communication was never an issue which was great. My In-laws had their master and guest bath remodeled 8 years ago and unfortunately it went wrong quickly. Vince picked up immediately that the previous person lacked experience but never talked bad about what they did and simply remained professional by explaining what they did and what he will do to fix it. We did make a few changes here and there and Vince was very flexible and understanding. He was also amazing at keeping our budget on track. He has offered to come back and fix anything from this job should something happen which I greatly appreciated. Oh and he gave my dog lots of pats between work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an honest and detailed contractor."

Close Attention to Detail

Full Makeover
"Vince and Ann did an excellent job on our master bathroom remodel which included demoing our old bathroom and starting from scratch. They installed new master bathroom dual sinks with cabinets, custom faucets, custom free standing frameless glass shower, free standing tub, installed new floor and wall tiles, and ran new plumbing in the foundation and wall as well. They did an excellent job in keeping the work site clean during the whole process. They showed up on time and the communication was excellent too. Everything was delivered and completed on time and within our budget. We will be using them again for second guest bathroom soon."

Work ethic
Hiring anyone but Vince and Ann to do a remodel would be your first and biggest mistake. They take a personal interest in their work. Vince was with us every step, offering advice and suggestions on design, color and practicality. When our water heater broke and flooded the downstairs Vince pitched in, helping to move heavy boxes out of the water. While not part of his contract, he checked up on the restoration people, making sure the repairs were done right. He explained to us what needed to be done and gave us other options for the repairs. I can't say enough good things about Vince and his work ethic.

Teak furniture to vanity
Project went very well, Vince is very creative and designed 2 bathroom vanities out of repurposed furniture, a floating vanity for the master bath and a non-floating for the guest bath which required resizing to fit the space. Tile work was exceptional, very detail oriented.

Custom
Everything went really well and it turns out really great. They had a great communication every day. They understood what I wanted and they worked really hard every single day. My bathroom turns awesome. They provided a bathroom with high functions for what I needed. They worked with my design ideas. They created a completely custom bathroom.

Full Remodel
Gemini (Vince Parrino) did an entire remodel of our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condominium unit at 1350 Ala Moana Boulevard. Basically gutted everything and re-did the ceiling, lighting, walls, flooring, bathroom and kitchen. Very easy to work with and did a fantastic job of working with the building management in coordinating the work. End product looks fantastic with great customer service and value for the money. Vince also did a couple of bathroom remodels and upgrades in our home. Highly recommend.

Adaptation
This review is LONG over due! Vince was AMAZING! He was very professional, clean, and listened to what I wanted. For our bathroom remodel we ran into several surprises along the way and had to change things up. I also changed my mind on colors and Materials 3 times and he continued to be patient with me through the process. He fixed the toilet which wasn’t apart of the original deal, he had to custom fit my cabinets in because of the awkward layout, we had to change out the tub because it would fit right, I wanted this mini wall which he built in, and I kept adding small extras along the way. The only cons I had was the job took longer than expected but I don’t blame him because of all the issues we ran into, that were due to surprise once everything was ripped out and the paint they used in the bathroom wasn’t very good quality but again I don’t blame him because part of our negotiating was I wanted a “simple, low cost remodel”. The price we EXTREMELY fair especially for all the changes and all the other quotes I received. I also added a closet remodel to the job which turned out very cute! In the end he stay in budget as originally discussed even with the additions and changes. I would hire him in a heart beat again!

Artisan eye for detail
They were courteous, communicated daily as to when they would arrive and what they planned to accomplish that day. They were neat, cleaning up at the end of every day and protected the rest of the house from dust. Contractor does most of the work himself and has an artisan eye for detail. Was gracious about accepting our changes of mind. Went out of his way to make us happy. We could not be more happy.
